At DepotShop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at kundeservice@depotshop.no for a return authorization. Once authorized, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as personalized products or clearance items, are not eligible for return.
